The Journey in Consciousness programs are a series of classes and groups that offer a rich blend of Transpersonal, Shamanic, Energy Psychology, and Spiritual principals that provide a foundation in the development of intuitive and spiritual intelligence.
Groups and Classes
Classes vary throughout the year and many include techniques in meditation, personal healing, dream work, visioning, drumming and guided meditation, energy awareness, and spiritual practices. Space is limited to 10-12 participants to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Classes and groups are currently held at the Ina location: 2701 W. Ina Road, Tucson, Az. 85741
On Going Groups
Drumming Circle: This women's group meets every Friday morning and focuses on the ancient technique of intuitive drumming for personal and spiritual development. This group includes time for personal sharing and exploration of the interconnecting relationship between mind, body, and spirit realities. Guided meditation and journey is incorporated into each session. Participants are asked to make an on-going commitment to this group. Cost: $20 per session. Please bring a drum of you have one. The group meets at 9:30am to 11:30am.

Tucson Gem Show: This annual outing to the gem show is a great opportunity to see first hand all the treasure from around the world. This trip will focus on finding personal spiritual tools such as meditation crystals and drums. Cost: $10 plus spending money.

Sanctuary Cove: This spiritual oasis in the desert is a great place for personal reflection. We will complete a waking mediation through the desert and end with a drum meditation and journey in the beautiful little chapel at Sanctuary Cove. Cost: $20
