What Is A Mystery School

A Mystery School is sometimes referred to as a University of the Soul. It is a study of the mysteries of the inner nature of human consciousness and living relationships. Mystery schools have historically held the ancient teachings that address those aspects of existence that go beyond physical reality. Much of this information has resided with indigenous cultures and spiritual teachers who have been entrusted with this knowledge from generation to generation.

The Desert Milagros Mystery school continues this tradition and is based on teachings from lineages in Christian Mysticism , Native American philosophy, and Spiritual Intelligence. The school is devoted to providing an educational foundation in Energy and Spiritual Awareness that empowers individuals to realize their potential as spiritual beings and who are interested in exploring the interconnecting relationship between mind, body, and spirit realities. This program is also for individuals interested in exploring and awakening to their whole potential, and who are committed to embracing the Divine within themselves as well as the Divine within everyone they meet.

What to Expect

You may attend the school to learn how to effectively work with the spiritual body, enhance intuitive abilities like clairvoyance and clairaudience, acquire healing techniques for personal balance, or simply to explore your own process and journey in a safe, supportive, and spiritual environment. This 9-month program begins in September and continues through May. Classes meet one weekend a month and are designed to help each person develop confidence with non-ordinary realities and build awareness in altered stated of consciousness. Classes begin Friday evening at 7-9pm and continues Saturday, 9:30am-5:00pm. The format is a combination of education, group process, experiential exercises, and meditation.

Additionally a Womens' Drumming and Spiritual Development group meets every Friday morning from 10:15 to Noon. This group focuses on individual spiritual development and each session incorporates drumming meditation and journey, dream work, and many spiritual teachings.

Topics Included: Tools of Discernment, Energetic Protection and Grounding Techniques, Extensive education in the principles of energy, Energetics of the Aura, Psychology of the Chakra System, Creating Sacred Space and Setting Intention, Basic Energy Healing techniques, Meditation and Prayer, Energetic Cords, Clairvoyant Scanning, Generational Energy Patterns, Spiritual & Intuitive Development, Ceremony, Ethics & Karma.

Program Cost: $720. Fees can be made in 9 increments of $80 each month at the beginning of class. Payments are accepted by cash, check, or credit card.

Classes begin the weekend of September 26th & 27th. Other class dates are: October 24th & 25, November 21st & 22nd, December 19th & 20th, January 30th & 31st,February 27th & 28th, March 27th & 28th, April 24th & 25th, May 22nd & 23rd.
