Classes & Workshops

Our Journey in Consciousness program is a series of classes and workshops that offer a rich blend of Transpersonal, Shamanic, Energy Psychology, and Spiritual principles that provide a foundation in the development of Intuitive and Spiritual Intelligence.

Classes vary throughout the year but many include techniques in meditation, personal healing, dream work, visioning, drumming and guided meditation, energy awareness, and spiritual practices. Classes are limited to no more than 10 participants to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for study.

On Going Groups	DRUMMING CIRCLE: This group meets once a month and focuses on the ancient technique of intuitive drumming. Guided meditation and journey is incorporated into each session. This circle is open to anyone who is interested in drumming as a way to shift consciousness, reconnect with the Divine, and connect with others on a spiritual path. Drumming meditations are held the last Sunday of the month and are conveniently scheduled from 4-6pm. Cost: Suggested donation of $10 per session

	SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP: This group meets weekly on Friday mornings and explores the interconnecting relationship between mind, body,and spirit realities. Classes include study of the energetic body, grounding techniques, and personal healing practices. Drumming, journey, and dream work are incorporated into each session. Classes meet from 10:15am until 12:15pm. Please bring a journal. Cost: $20 per session. THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY FULL!

	MONDAY WOMENS GROUP: This group meets weekly on Monday mornings and explores personal issues from a holistic perspective. Group includes time for personal sharing, dream work, meditation and drumming. Groups meet from 10:00am until 12:00pm. Please bring a journal. Cost: $20 per session.

Workshops	SEDONA RETREAT: October 17-19. A weekend of discovery utilizing the earth energies of the Sedona vortexes to help shift consciousness, awaken the spirit within, and enhance personal potential. The workshop focuses on releasing old concepts of the self and reclaiming the natural wisdom that resides within each person. Includes meditation, drumming, guided visualization, and work on the vortexes. Begins Friday night at 8pm and concludes Sunday at noon. Cost $310: includes the cost of the retreat, hotel accommodations, and complimentary breakfast.
