Outpatient Treatment Programs for Disordered Eating

Desert Milagros, meaning desert miracles, was established in 2010 in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. Through the years Desert Milagros has provided a place to achieve personal health and healing from a holistic perspective and has offered services that addressed the interconnecting relationship between the physical, mental, and emotional self.

Today Desert Milagros continues to provide quality care and is a leader in the treatment for disordered eating. Our treatment programs address the spectrum of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, binge eating disorders, orthorexia, and other unspecified forms of disordered eating. We offer three levels of care ranging from Partial Day (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient services. Separate programs are available for teens and adults.

At Desert Milagros, the focus is always on the whole person and finding the right balance of treatment methods to best help each patient reach their personal recovery goals. You will find that our programs help bring balance back into life by honoring the strength and spirit within each person. We believe that you will find our comprehensive approach to treatment and our commitment to providing excellent care will give you the tools to sustain recovery.

Our treatment modalities are based on an integrative approach to mind-body-emotional healing. You can expect a full spectrum of treatment modalities that combine the benefits of cognitive-behavioral and experiential therapies to enhance the treatment process, build personal resilience, and support you in your recovery process. Our professional team of therapists, dietitians, and clinical staff will guide you through the healing process and provide you with the personal care you need to move forward
